July and August: Every day (Monday to Sunday), 10:00–19:00

Closed on 25 December, and on Mondays except in July and August.

Tarifs

Full price for individual adults: €7 (or €5 if there is no temporary exhibition at the time of visiting)

Concessions: young people aged 18–26, students, Passeport culturel (CD29) holders, teachers, French Ministry of Culture staff, CNAS, CeZAM, Covoiture-art, Friends of the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre and the Musée de l’Orangerie in Paris: €5 (or €3 if there is no temporary exhibition at the time of visiting)
Groups of more than 10 adults: €4 per person

Free admission: visitors aged under 18, jobseekers (must show proof from within the last 6 months), journalists, heritage curators, heritage officers (animateurs du patrimoine), guide-interpreters, qualified tourist guides (guides conférenciers), holders of ICOM (International Council of Museums) cards, Friends of the Pont-Aven Museum and/or the Concarneau Fishing Museum, disabled visitors and companion upon presentation of disability card (carte d’invalidité).

Enjoy an unforgettable artistic experience in a town famous for its painters! The new Pont-Aven Museum is an unusual, interesting and enriching place to discover for the whole family. With some 200 paintings and works on paper, visitors will find themselves immersed in the aesthetics of the famous “Pont-Aven School”, characterised by simplified, flat forms in pure colours, separated by dark contours. Multimedia facilities provide an enhanced experience for all, helping visitors to understand the flourishing artistic life that thrived in Pont-Aven in the late 19th century, thanks to figures like Paul Gauguin, Émile Bernard, Paul Sérusier and Maurice Denis.
