Écomusée de Saint-Dégan, Brec'h
The small village with its thatched cottages, surrounded by trails and vegetation, evokes three centuries of rural life in the Pays d’Auray. Discover forgotten work and ways, knowledge that has become beliefs, man’s efforts to sculpt a bocage landscape of wet meadows, farmland and moors… Visitors can also admire the paintings of Lucien Pouëdras, a local painter whose art evokes the atmosphere and landscapes from before 1950. Different events are proposed according to the season.
